At Mimosa Pudica, we ensure high-quality products and provide an exchange and return policy based on the product type:


General Products:

- Exchange and return are available within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and unused.

- The customer bears shipping costs unless there is a defect or error in the product.

- Custom-made, used, or improperly stored products cannot be exchanged or returned.


Insects:

- Insects cannot be exchanged or returned due to their sensitivity.

- If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, compensation will be provided with a replacement product after submitting clear video evidence upon opening the package immediately after receipt.

- Compensation requests will not be accepted after 24 hours of receiving the order.


Plants and Moss:

- Plants and moss cannot be exchanged or returned after receipt.

- If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, compensation will be provided with a replacement product after submitting clear video evidence upon opening the package immediately after receipt.

- Compensation requests will not be accepted after 48 hours of receiving the order.
